SLL (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides an online platform that enables Organisations, charities, and community organisations to manage their fundraising, membership, and supporter engagement activities — including online draws, raffles, ticket sales, and payments.

We are not a gambling operator. All fundraising activities and draws hosted through the SLL platform are managed and operated by the individual Organisations or organisations. Each Organisation is responsible for the conduct, management, and promotion of its own fundraising events.

SLL is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information securely and transparently, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Ireland).

• Draw reminder emails and other communications relating to your participation in fundraising activities.

Essential service communications, such as account notifications, ticket purchase confirmations and prize notifications, are necessary for the operation of your account and cannot be unsubscribed from while your account remains active.

Where communications are promotional or intended to remind you of upcoming draws or fundraising activities, you may unsubscribe at any time by selecting the Unsubscribe link included in those emails. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive non-essential promotional email communications from the Smart Lotto platform.

5. Payment Information

SLL does not collect, process, or store payment card or bank account details. Payment details are entered directly into the secure environment of the payment service provider engaged by the organising organisation.

SLL may receive and store:

• Non-sensitive transaction identifiers
• Provider-issued payment tokens
• Legal obligations

These are used solely for transaction confirmation, reporting, and authorised recurring transactions.
